Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups walnuts
- 10-12 pitted dates
- 1 cup cashews
- 4 top coconut oil, melted
- 3 tbsp pure maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- melted dark chocolate
- flaky sea salt
Directions
- Combine walnuts and dates in a food processor. I processed the walnuts first and then added the dates
- Press the mixture into the bottom of a lined baking dish
- In a food processor, combine cashews, coconut oil, maple syrup, cinnamon, pumpkin pie spice, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy. If the mixture is too thick, add hot water one tbsp at a time until you reach your desired consistency
- Add this layer to the baking dish and place it in the freezer while you melt your chocolate
- Pour melted chocolate on top of the previous layer, sprinkle sea salt on top, and let it set in the freezer for 30 minutes
- Slice your bars
