Protein Meltaway Cookies

Ingredients

  • 2 scoops vanilla protein powder
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar or swerve (divided)
  • 2 TBSP butter (melted)
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Directions

  • Mix dry ingredients together
  • Slowly add milk and melted butter to bring the dough together
  • Chill the dough for 30 minutes
  • Set oven to 325
  • Roll roughly 12 balls, dredge through powdered sugar
  • Place on a prepared cookie sheet and bake for 8 minutes
  • When the cookies have cooled, roll them again in powdered sugar and enjoy!
