Ingredients
- 2 scoops vanilla protein powder
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar or swerve (divided)
- 2 TBSP butter (melted)
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Directions
- Mix dry ingredients together
- Slowly add milk and melted butter to bring the dough together
- Chill the dough for 30 minutes
- Set oven to 325
- Roll roughly 12 balls, dredge through powdered sugar
- Place on a prepared cookie sheet and bake for 8 minutes
- When the cookies have cooled, roll them again in powdered sugar and enjoy!
