Ingredients (makes roughly 18 cookies)
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, softened
- 1/3 cup granulated sugar
- 1 3/4 cup flour
- 1 medium egg
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp baking sodad
- 1/2 tsp almond or vanilla extract
- 3/4 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup mini chocolate candies
Directions
- In a mixing bowl, beat butter and sugar together for several minutes
- Add remaining ingredients (minus chocolate candies) and mix on low until a batter forms
- Fold in mini candies
- Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and store in the fridge for two hours to chill
- Set oven to 350
- Roll cookies into 1 inch balls and place on a sprayed cookie sheet
- Bake for 4 minutes and then flatten with a glass cup and return to the oven for a remaining 4 minutes
- Let cool and enjoy!
