Ingredients
- 3 cups cottage cheese
- 1/4 cup mayo
- 1/3 cup pickle juice
- 1 1/2 TBSP dried dill
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 cup dill pickles, finely chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- In a food processor, blend all ingredients until smooth
- Store in the fridge for at least an hour before serving
- Serve with chips, veggies, etc and enjoy!
