To mitigate the endocrine disruptors in my life, I have switched many products over the years that I was using and have omitted many things I used to use! I receive a lot of requests to compile a list of all the brands/products I use, and I will do my best to update this blog as often as I can
Before I start, I am NOT perfect. Trying to rid your life of every endocrine disruptor will likely cause more stress on your body than the disruptor itself. It’s OK if you live an 80/20 life. It’s OK if you bake bread and get Botox. We all get to make our own decisions at the end of the day, so it doesn’t have to be an all-or-nothing thing. Start with one thing at a time, and don’t drive yourself crazy by researching everything in your home at once.
This is also not meant to shame anyone. We are all learning, and we should all encourage everyone. It’s why I share so many homemade recipes, encourage chickens, a garden at home, etc!
