We have so many mulberry trees that are still producing in our yard! What better way to use some up than in a protein packed cookie recipe?
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup mulberries (or any berries of choice)
- 2 scoop Bowmar Nutrition collagen
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 4 TBSP cream cheese- softened
- 1 TBSP oil
- 1 egg
- 1/3 cup white chocolate chips
Directions
- In a bowl, combine all ingredients minus chocolate chips
- Mash berries and stir to combine
- Fold in chocolate chips
- Mixture will be sticky, m store in fridge for 30 minutes
- Set oven to 400
- Spoon batter on parchment covered cookie sheet, makes 6-8 cookies depending on size
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until edges are golden brown
- Let cool and enjoy!
