Mulberry Collagen Cookies

We have so many mulberry trees that are still producing in our yard! What better way to use some up than in a protein packed cookie recipe?

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup mulberries (or any berries of choice)
  • 2 scoop Bowmar Nutrition collagen
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 4 TBSP cream cheese- softened
  • 1 TBSP oil
  • 1 egg
  • 1/3 cup white chocolate chips

Directions

  • In a bowl, combine all ingredients minus chocolate chips
  • Mash berries and stir to combine
  • Fold in chocolate chips
  • Mixture will be sticky, m store in fridge for 30 minutes
  • Set oven to 400
  • Spoon batter on parchment covered cookie sheet, makes 6-8 cookies depending on size
  • Bake for 10-12 minutes or until edges are golden brown
  • Let cool and enjoy!
