Ingredients
- 3 ripe bananas, mashed
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
Directions
- Set your oven to 350 and spray a 9 x 5 loaf pan and set asidde
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the bananas, butter, sugar, egg, and vanilla extract
- Once combined, all the flour, baking soda, and salt
- In a small bowl, combine the brown sugar and cinnamon together
- Layer the loaf tin with 1/2 of the batter, add 1/2 of the cinnamon mixture on top, add the remaining batter and top with the remaining cinnamon sugar. Use a knife to swirl and marble the layers together
- Bake for 60 – 70 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean. If the brown begins to brown too quickly, tent with foill
- Let the bread cool for 10 minutes then transfer to a wire rack to completely cool before slicing
