Ingredients
- 1 cup protein Greek yogurt (OIKOS)
- 1/2 container sugar-free Cool Whip
- 2 scoops Bowmar Nutrition vanilla protein powder
- 2 TBSP natural sprinkles (from Thrive – 40% off first order)
- 2 TBSP sugar-free vanilla pudding mix
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 TBSP milk (option for desired consistency)
Directions
- In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt and Cool Whip. Stir them together until smooth
- Add the vanilla protein powder and dry pudding mix until there are no clumps
- Stir in the vanilla extract. If the consistency is too thick for your liking, gradually add milk until the desired consistency is reached
- Gently fold in sprinkles and reverse for garnish on top
- Enjoy by the spoonful, with graham crackers, apples, strawberries, pretzels, etc
