Ingredients
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup peanut butter
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
- 4.5 cups gluten-free Chex cereal
- 1.5 TBSP coconut oil
- 1 cup vanilla protein powder
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
Directions
- Melt chocolate chips, peanut butter, oil, and honey in 30-second intervals until melted
- Add the cereal to a large bowl, pour the chocolate mixture over it, and toss together
- In a large Ziploc bag, add cereal, protein powder, and powdered sugar
- Toss to coat until even and chill for a few minutes to make it crunchier
