A little twist on the classic puppy chow! I recommend using milk chocolate if you are subbing the protein powder with another chocolate flavor or if you are omitting the protein powder altogether! The white chocolate works with the protein pumpkin spice perfectly 🙂
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 3/4 cup white chocolate chips
- 1/2 TBSP coconut oil
- 2 scoops protein pumpkin spice
- 5 cups rice Chex cereal
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar (or 1 cup sugar and omit protein powder)
Directions
- Either on the stove or in the microwave, melt peanut butter, chocolate, and coconut oil together. Microwave in 30-second intervals and stir in between each one
- In a large bowl, combine melted chocolate and cereal. Stir to coat
- Add coated cereal to a gallon-size bag and add protein powder and powdered sugar. Close the bag and shake until the cereal is completely coated
- Store in the freezer for 10 minutes before serving! I prefer to store mine in the fridge, but it can sit on the counter, too
