We will always be exposed to something, whether it’s transferred through contact or the air. The point of our immune system is to be strong enough to handle diseases, infections, etc. The purpose of this blog is to give you real advice on how to strengthen your immune system- and the best part is that most of these tips have benefits outside of supporting your immune system!
For reference, I am RARELY sick; even with two kids who go to the gym daycare and constantly bring home stuff. Knock on wood, but I think it’s because of these protocols (that I can no longer gate-keep). Everything listed below is a daily supplement or habit unless otherwise specified.
