Ingredients
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1/4 cup cream cheese
- 1 scoop Bowmar Nutrition vanilla protein powder
- 2 TBSP honey
- Graham crackers or cookies of choice
Directions
- In a food processor, blend the cottage cheese and cream cheese for at least 2 minutes
- Add the protein powder and honey, and blend again
- Transfer the mixture to a bowl or serving dish, and place the cookies in the mixture
- Let it set in the fridge for at least 4 hours before enjoying (the cottage cheese mixture will soften the cookies and create a soft graham cracker crust with every bite)
