Cottage Cheese Viral Japanese Cheesecake

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1/4 cup cream cheese
  • 1 scoop Bowmar Nutrition vanilla protein powder
  • 2 TBSP honey
  • Graham crackers or cookies of choice

Directions

  • In a food processor, blend the cottage cheese and cream cheese for at least 2 minutes
  • Add the protein powder and honey, and blend again
  • Transfer the mixture to a bowl or serving dish, and place the cookies in the mixture
  • Let it set in the fridge for at least 4 hours before enjoying (the cottage cheese mixture will soften the cookies and create a soft graham cracker crust with every bite)
