Ingredients
- Pasta Mixture

- 12oz noodle of choice (I chose Fusilli)
- 8oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese, divided
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Meat Sauce

- 3lbs ground venison (or meat of choice)
- 1 small onion, diced
- 3 TBSP minced garlic
- 2 jars (24oz) marinara or spaghetti sauce
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Set oven to 350
- Cook Fusilli according to the package directions
- Drain and set aside
- In a large skillet, brown venison and onions
- Add the garlic and cook for 30 seconds
- Stir in marinara sauce, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper and let it simmer for 5 – 10 minutes
- In a large bowl, combine remaining pasta mixture ingredients (cream cheese, sour cream, 1/2 the parmesan, garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper)
- Stir until smooth and combine with the noodles
- In a 9 x 13, spread half of the meat sauce, and all of the cream cheese noodles, top with the remaining meat sauce, and sprinkle the remaining parmesan
- Bake for 20 – 25 minutes or until bubbly and the cheese has melted
