Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked wild turkey (or chicken, shredded)
- 2 cups cooked rice (white or Jasmine)
- 2 cups broccoli florets (fresh or frozen)
- 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 2 (10.5 oz) can cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- Optional: 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
Directions
- Set your oven to 350 and spray a 9 x 13 inch baking dish
- In a large bowl, combine shredded meat, rice, broccoli, 1 1/2 cups cheese, soup, milk, and seasonings
- Mix until well combined
- Spread the mixture evenly in the baking dish, Top with the remaining cheese and breadcrumbs if using
- Bake uncovered for 25 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly
- Let it cool slightly before serving
