Ingredients
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1 TBSP milk
- 2 TBSP honey
- 2 TBSP cocoa powder
- 1 scoop Bowmar Nutrition vanilla bean protein
- 1/2 tsp almond or vanilla extract
- Toppings:
- 2 TBSP light cool whip
- 1/2 TBSP chocolate shavings
Directions
- In a food processor, combine all ingredients minus toppings and pulse until smooth
- Let the mixture cool for at least 30 minutes before eating (it’ll taste best cool)
- Add toppings of choice and enjoy!
