High Protein Cottage Cheese Chocolate Mousse

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1 TBSP milk
  • 2 TBSP honey
  • 2 TBSP cocoa powder
  • 1 scoop Bowmar Nutrition vanilla bean protein
  • 1/2 tsp almond or vanilla extract
  • Toppings:
    • 2 TBSP light cool whip
    • 1/2 TBSP chocolate shavings

Directions

  • In a food processor, combine all ingredients minus toppings and pulse until smooth
  • Let the mixture cool for at least 30 minutes before eating (it’ll taste best cool)
  • Add toppings of choice and enjoy!
