Healthy Big Mac Sauce Recipe

Ingredients (makes 4-6 servings)

  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt (non-fat or low-fat)
  • 2 tablespoons dill pickle relish
  • 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
  • 1 tablespoon ketchup
  • 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp minced onion
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  • In a small bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, pickle relish, mustard, ketchup, and apple cider vinegar
  • Add the smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, mined onion, salt, and pepper. Stir until well blended
  • Taste and adjust seasoning. If you prefer a slightly sweeter sauce, add honey or maple syrup gradually, mixing well
  • Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to let the flavors meld
  • Serve as a spread on burgers, a salad dressing, or a dip for veggies. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days
