Ingredients (makes 4-6 servings)
- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt (non-fat or low-fat)
- 2 tablespoons dill pickle relish
- 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
- 1 tablespoon ketchup
- 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 tsp minced onion
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- In a small bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, pickle relish, mustard, ketchup, and apple cider vinegar
- Add the smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, mined onion, salt, and pepper. Stir until well blended
- Taste and adjust seasoning. If you prefer a slightly sweeter sauce, add honey or maple syrup gradually, mixing well
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to let the flavors meld
- Serve as a spread on burgers, a salad dressing, or a dip for veggies. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days
