I could easily eat steak for every meal, especially topped with cowboy butter! We usually have about half the recipe left over, and if you have some left, it can easily be reheated the following day.
Ingredients
- 1 stick butter
- 4 TBSP minced garlic
- 1 lemon- juiced
- 2 TBSP Dijon mustard
- 1 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
- Optional: 1 tsp red pepper flakes
Directions
- In a saucepan over medium heat, melt butter and whisk continually. Add lemon juice, garlic, dijon, and dry seasonings
- Remove from heat and add salt and pepper to taste if needed
- Top steak with butter, and enjoy!
