We are having fake fall in Iowa so naturally all of the pumpkin recipes are coming out to play. I cannot escape all of the PSLs on my feed but I refuse to consume the seed oils in most creamers- so let’s make our own! Plus, this creamer is packed with protein and so easy to make!
In one serving, you will be getting 12g of protein and makes your coffee taste so yummy 🙂
Ingredients
- 1 TBSP heavy cream
- 1 raw egg
- 1 TBSP pure pumpkin
- 1/4 scoop Bowmar Nutrition protein pumpkin spice
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp salt
Directions
- In a small bowl or cup, combine all ingredients with milk frother, hand blender, or directly in a blender!
- Add to hot or iced coffee once whipped and enjoy!
- Top with additional cinnamon or pumpkin spice if desired 🙂
