40G Protein Yogurt Dip

This is such an easy way to help you hit your protein goals for the day! You can enjoy it with apples, grapes, or just with a spoon—whatever works for you! Don’t be afraid to get creative, either—there are so many flavor combination possibilities, so you should never get bored.

Ingredients for Dip

  • 1 cup vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 1 scoop Bowmar Nutrition vanilla protein powder
  • 2 TBSP peanut butter

Directions

  • Mix together in a bowl and serve with your choice of dippers
