These are insanely easy and such a great way to use your sourdough starter!
Ingredients
- 2 sticks of butter
- 2 egg yolks
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 1 TBSP milk
- pinch of salt
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 cups flour
- 1/2 cup sourdough starter
- sprinkles for finishing
Directions
- Cream the butter, sugar, and salt together in a stand mixer. Add the egg yolks, vanilla, milk, and starter. Mix until all combined
- Gradually add in the flour. Once combined, cover and store for at least 2 hours in the fridge
- Set oven to 300
- Roll into balls and place cookie balls on a parchment covered cookie sheet
- Bake for 15 minutes
- Once baked, press with a fork and top with sprinkles
- Enjoy when cooled!
