As the name states, this is an easy crockpot recipe that is extremely filling and hearty! Perfect for the end of summer and start of fall. As usual, you can sub any meat you have on hand in place of the venison, I simply use what we have!
Ingredients
- 2lbs ground venison- browned and drained
- 4 cups broth of any kind
- 1 TBSP Italian seasoning
- 8oz cream cheese- cubed
- 28oz can diced tomatoes with juice
- 1/4 cup tomato paste
- 16oz frozen tortellini- I used goats cheese and spinach tortellini
Directions
- Add all ingredients to crockpot and cook on low for 2 hours- stir frequently
