It’s no secret that 2020 has been rough when it comes to limited gym attendance, gyms closing, etc. Josh and I decided to build our Bowmar Home Gym this summer before Oakley was born and I am so glad that we did! 95% of my workouts can be done in our basement gym and it allows me to get in a lifting session each day that I want. Plus, Oakley absolutely loves being in the gym and looking at our lights, listening to music, being in her bouncy, and watching us workout! This has been so helpful to have, not only because juggling full time work while becoming a new mom is nothing short of crazy, but also it ensures that if another shut down was to happen, then Josh and I would still be able to get our work outs in!
