In less than 30 minutes, you can have an amazing one pot meal that your entire family will love. As always, you don’t have to use ground venison, any kind of ground meat will do!
Ingredients
- 2lbs ground venison
- 1 onion- chopped
- 2 TBSP minced garlic
- 2 cups uncooked Orzo pasta
- 2 (14oz) cans tomato sauce
- 1 1/5 cups beef broth
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 2 TBSP Worcestershire sauce
- 2 cups spinach- I prefer to chop mine
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Add ground venison to soup pot / cast iron. Let it cook
- Add onion and cook additional 5 minutes
- Stir in: garlic and orzo, tomato sauce, beef broth, cream, and Worcestershire sauce
- Once it starts to bubble, continue cooking for 10 minutes and stirring often
- Stir in spinach and cover the pot for 3-5 minutes
- Enjoy!
