Fall and winter are almost here which means my crockpot is basically on the counter 24/7. This recipe was so easy, filling, heated well, and loved by my two year old! As always, you can you use whatever meat you have on hand- we usually only have venison or elk which is why you see my recipes calling for that!
Ingredients
- 2lbs ground venison- browned
- 1 16oz box noodles of choice
- 3 jars spaghetti sauce of choice
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup plain yogurt or cottage cheese or sour cream
- Salt and pepper
Directions
- Over medium heat, brown meat and drain
- Add all ingredients to crockpot
- Cook on high for 3 hours, stirring occasionally
- Enjoy!
