Love your honesty! (Especially when so many other fitness professionals aren't very transparent). Would love to see a blog post about why you decided to get implants, how it's affected your fitness etc.!
I am a certified plastic surgery nurse and a figure competitor. First off thank you for stating to ask the doc!!! They all have different opinions. I myself have subpec saline implants and I am allowed to do pushups and any other chest work I chose. Ladies, please make sure you are following your physicians post op instructions when getting back to the gym!
I am about to have an augmentation and was wondering if you could consider a post on your journey post both surgeries and what you found most difficult/different.
I too don't lift chest much at all bc I feel the separation when doing certain movements. I thought it was just me but apparently you have the same thing too. Thanks for sharing.
Would you recommend anything nutritionally for pre/post augmentation? I’m thinking about upping my collagen and adding some anti-inflammatory supplements for my July surgery. Any Suggestions? Also, did your doc ever suggest you do the rice bags ahead of surgery?
Dude, please tell me that youre going to publish more. I notice you havent written an additional blog for a while (Im just catching up myself). Your weblog is just too important to become missed. Youve acquired so substantially to say, these knowledge about this topic it would be a shame to see this blog disappear. The internet needs you, man!
Your awesome and very open a honest which I love! Keep up the good work!!

What if you don’t have implants? Is it still not recommended to do chest for females?
