Another wild turkey recipe for you to try, plus it’s a crockpot recipe: easy, delicious, and nutritious. Plus a great way to use up some of your wild turkey meat (or any other meat you want to use)!
Ingredients:
- Taco seasoning packet
- 2 10oz jars enchilada sauce (I used red)
- 2 10oz jars diced tomatoes with green chilies- undrained
- 15oz can black beans- drained
- 6 cups broth
- 2 turkey breasts- shredded (crockpot recipe can be found on my blog)
- 8oz cream cheese- cubed and softened
Directions:
- In a crockpot, combine all ingredients expect cream cheese
- Cook on low for 6 – 8 hours
- Add cream cheese 1 hour prior to serving
- Enjoy!
