Vanilla Protein Energy Balls (no-bake)

Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup Bowmar Nutrition vanilla protein powder
  • 1/3 cup peanut butter (smooth or crunchy)
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt (optional, enhances flavor)
  • 1-2 tbsp water or milk (if needed for consistency)

Directions

  • In a large bowl, combine oats, vanilla protein powder, and salt (if using)
  • Add peanut butter, honey, and vanilla extract to the dry mixture
  • Stir until well mixed. If the mixture is too dry, add 1-2 tablespoons of water or milk, a little at a time, until it holds together
  • Fold in the mini chocolate chips
  • Scoop out tablespoon-sized portions and roll them into balls with your hands (Makes about 12-15 balls)
  • Place the balls on a tray or plate and refrigerate for 20-30 minutes to firm up
