Ingredients
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup Bowmar Nutrition vanilla protein powder
- 1/3 cup peanut butter (smooth or crunchy)
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt (optional, enhances flavor)
- 1-2 tbsp water or milk (if needed for consistency)
Directions
- In a large bowl, combine oats, vanilla protein powder, and salt (if using)
- Add peanut butter, honey, and vanilla extract to the dry mixture
- Stir until well mixed. If the mixture is too dry, add 1-2 tablespoons of water or milk, a little at a time, until it holds together
- Fold in the mini chocolate chips
- Scoop out tablespoon-sized portions and roll them into balls with your hands (Makes about 12-15 balls)
- Place the balls on a tray or plate and refrigerate for 20-30 minutes to firm up
