Protein Chia Seed Chocolate Pudding

This protein (22g) and fiber (10g) packed pudding is INCREDIBLE!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup chocolate milk
  • 2 scoops Bowmar Nutrition double fudge protein powder
  • 1/2 cup chia seeds
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 TBSP cocoa powder

Directions

  • In a bowl, combine all ingredients together
  • Cover bowl and keep in fridge for at least four hours (best if kept overnight)
  • Top with fruit, coconut, honey, shaved chocolate, nuts, bee pollen etc!
