Ingredients
- 12 whole eggs
- 1 cup whole milk
- 1lb maple sausage (we use venison)
- 4oz can mild diced green chiles
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Set your oven to 350
- Brown sausage in a skillet over medium heat and drain any excess fat
- In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, chiles, salt and pepper
- Add sausage to egg mixture and stir together
- Spray a 9 x 13 pan and add the mixture
- Bake for 40 – 45 minutes (until the edges are slightly browned and the eggs are no longer jiggly in the middle of the pan
- Remove and let cool before slicing and enjoying
