Oven French Fries with Fry Sauce

Ok these were actually a lot easier than I thought they would be and now I have doubled how many potatoes I will be planting this year. The kids LOVE french fries but I am trying to make everything at home that I can this year!

This french fry cutter made the entire process a BREEZE

French Fries

Ingredients

  • 1 potato per person you are feeding
  • Ice water
  • 1 TBSP oil per potato you are using
  • 1/2 TBSP salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper

Directions

  • In a bowl, add potatoes and cover with ice water for 15 minutes
  • Set oven to 425
  • Remove potatoes from water and dry
  • Add to french fry cutter and dice
  • Spread on cookie sheet, drizzle oil, and add seasonings
  • Bake for 15 minutes and then flip and bake additional 20 minutes (or until crispy and brown)
  • Remove from oven and let cool before serving

Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 3/4 cup ketchup
  • 1 tsp pickle brine
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

Directions

  • In a bowl, combine all ingredients and serve
