At the start of this year, I told myself I was done buying random skincare products from various brands. I needed an actual skincare routine, a system. I went to our local med spa, and they wrote me a step-by-step morning and night guide to get my skin looking the best it’s ever looked.
This list is a system FOR ME. These products are expensive, but they LAST. You could piece things together. You may not need half the stuff I needed. My skin was ROUGH after two back-to-back pregnancies. I now receive so many compliments online about my skin! I am not a skin expert by any means- I am simply sharing what I do. If it helps, great! I also rotate a few of them, as noted below! The list is in order of steps to help everyone understand the process.
And before I have anyone coming for me and telling me I shouldn’t be using retinol constantly- I know 🙂
I did a month of using it daily, and now I use it as needed!
Morning
- Gentle Cleanser
- Exfoliating Polish (every other day)
- Toner (on days I don’t use polish)
- Complexion Renewal Pads
- Pore Refining Lotion
- Vitamin C (every other day)
Night
- Gentle Cleanser
- Complexion Renewal Pads
- Retinol
- Eye Cream
- Enzymatic Peel (once a week)
- Firming Serum (every other day)
- Growth Factor Serum’
