Brunch Charcuterie Board

bowmar brunch charcuterie board

Hey guys!! With the holiday season among us, I thought it would be great to share this charcuterie board with you guys because it could be perfect for your Christmas brunch! You also could change different aspects of this to make it look more like Christmas or change it to be less breakfast based and more of an appetizer for lunch or dinner! Bonus is you can make mimosas or have assorted juices available as well!

Ingredients:

  • Frozen french toast (this particular kind was from Trader Joe’s) or you could make http://Bowmarnutrition.com protein pancakes
  • Crackers
  • Assorted meats (ex: salami, prosciutto, etc)
  • Assorted cheeses (ex: provolone, havarti, swiss etc)
  • Maple sausage links
  • Grapes
  • Breakfast potatoes
  • Donut holes
  • Assorted juices and/or prosecco to make mimosas
  • Maple syrup

Directions:

  • Follow package directions for frozen french toast and cut toast in half, sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve with syrup or make Bowmar Nutrition protein pancakes
  • Make breakfast potatoes either in the air fryer (about 20 minutes) or on the stove top
  • Pour juice into cute pitchers
  • Place crackers & donut holes in desired location
  • Make maple sausage on stove (until sausage is not pink in the middle)
  • Wash grapes, cut into a few different bunches, and place in desired location on board
  • Arrange meat on board as desired. To make salami roses: get a very small circular bowl, fold salami in half and place in a circle with the rounded part up until there is very little room in the center, then fold one piece of salami into a cone shape, fold 2 salami into quarters and place around the cone, then add this to the center of your salami bowl. Then you will have a beautiful salami rose!
  • Cut cheese as desired or leave in wheel shape (just make sure you have a cute knife to serve with)
