Hi friends! As most of you already know, I am all for simple (but yummy) recipes to bring to family gatherings! And this is a fall favorite for sure! Perfect for thanksgiving or a halloween party..and both the kids and the adults will be wanting it! This is a super simple pumpkin fluff recipe that you can quickly whip up to take to events or before people come over! This would also be great for tailgating as well. It is always so tricky to figure out good tailgate food, that could travel well, and this really is a good one. One thing you will find with me and the recipes I share: you will receive the recipe, not a 40 page dissertation on what the recipe means to me with the recipe way at the bottom- nobody has time for that. Ingredients:
1 can of pumpkin (not puree)
1 container of light cool whip
1 box of sugar free cheesecake pudding mix (You could also use vanilla. It just depends on what your preference is.)
Nutmeg
Pumpkin pie spice
Optional: you could choose to add in Bowmar Nutrition pumpkin spice protein in place of the spices! I may be biased, but I actually do prefer it this way and hey, a little extra protein is always helpful!
Directions:
In a bowl, combine pumpkin, pudding mix, and spices (or protein powder). Mix and add cool whip. Serve with apples, pretzels, graham crackers, etc!
