Y’all I am SO excited to share this recipe!! This is called my easy avocado appetizer because that is exactly what it is. EASY! It took me less than 5 minutes to make this tasty treat…incredible right?! It is light and fresh and easily satisfies your cravings. Always branch out and try new flavor combinations! You would be surprised at what foods complement each other in recipes! Try and keep an open mind with cooking and trying new things! This will help you branch out and grow! And remember…it is okay to fail! Not every recipe is going to but a home run and that is completely okay! This recipe is low carb, an easy appetizer for guests or a great afternoon snack. 4 Cherry Tomatoes
1 Spoonful of Pomegranate seeds
Blue Cheese crumble topping
Cut the avocado in half and remove the seed (also called the pit)
Cut the cherry tomatoes into halves and place them into the center of the avocado
Add pomegranate seeds on top of each half of the avocado
Top with blue cheese crumbles
Now you are all done!! It is that simple and so fast! Just so you all know, I usually leave the skin of the avocado on for this because you can serve it with a spoon and scoop out all of the goodies! And then you don’t need all of these extra bowls or plates! It is the perfect built in serving tool in my opinion! This is just want I do but you could always cut everything up and put it into bowls!
