Hey guys! I am so pumped to share this recipe with you! It is one of my favorites for sure. This apple pecan fall salad is a Sarah special–it is definitely a Bowmar family favorite! One word: FLAVOR. Literally this recipe is a mix of all the good things and it is so full of different flavors that blend together perfectly. Fruit and cheese together is the way to my heart. It is tangy and sweet and gets those taste buds tingling. Low in calories and high in flavor–what more could you ask for, right!? Enjoy the recipe below and please reach out with any questions!
Ingredients
3 apples- (Honey crisp is my personal favorite, but any would work just fine! Just know that the flavor could be affected based on the sweet/sour vibe of the apples)
6 stocks of celery
Blue cheese crumble topping
Pecan clusters
4 tablespoons of Balsamic Vinaigrette dressing
Pomegranate seeds
Directions
Chop up all of the apples and add them to a bowl
Slice and chop the celery in small pieces and add it to the same bowl
Drizzle the balsamic vinaigrette dressing to the same bowl
Mix it all together and make sure the dressing coats all of the things
Add the pomegranate seeds and blue cheese crumbles
Upon serving add the pecan clusters into the mix and enjoy!!
Yes, I know, you’re already on your way to the grocery store to get everything for this because I have your mouth watering! This salad is as dreamy as it sounds. The pecans add the perfect crunch and the blue cheese crumbles really tie everything together. It is the perfect salad for all seasons, but it definitely screams fall! You can bring it to your next thanksgiving celebration or football party and the people will love it!
